2.1. By using IZELBEAUTY.com and the products and services available on this site, the consumer ("you") accepts the terms set out.

3. Make an order
3.1. By ordering on the website you offer to buy a product that is subject to the terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
3.2. By ordering on the site you must:

• Make sure all the details you give us are correct,
• Ensure that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the goods.

IZELBEAUTY.com reserves the right to refuse your purchase request from you and reserves the right to close your IZELBEAUTY.com account at your sole discretion. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email.

4. Contract
4.1. You will receive an email confirmation when you order on the site. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a sales agreement. An agreement between us for the purchase of the goods will be created once your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
4.2. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us regarding the order.

5. Discounts and special offers
5.1. Occasionally, we may offer special offers and discounts related to certain items on the website. Terms of use for any special offers or discounts will be stated at the time of issue.
5.2. We reserve the right to withdraw such special offers or discounts at any time, without warning.

6. Prices and payments
6.1. The prices stated on the website apply to all orders placed through the website. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are also charged. Any fees will be clearly displayed in the "Total cost" section.
6.2. IZELBEAUTY has the right to change or update information at any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions displayed on the website.
6.3. If incorrect information has been provided for an item you purchased, IZELBEAUTY will notify you of this error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) days, we will cancel the order. If your order has been canceled and you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and delivery
7.1. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly shown when applicable and is included in the section "Total cost" at checkout.
7.2. We do a pre-check on the card which is used to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you purchased will not ship until payment is approved.
7.3. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances over which we have no control, including postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible. These delays or causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, war, strikes or labor disputes, riots or crimes.

9.1. We are not responsible for and call into question all liability for loss, injury or personal injury that may affect you or any third party (or company) as a result of access and use of IZELBEAUTY.

10.1. The trademarks, names and logos (common trademarks) displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of IZELBEAUTY. Written permission from IZELBEAUTY is required for use of the trademark, image or video from the site.

11.1. We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers who wish to make a complaint are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on the website.

12. Conflict of terms
12.1. If there is a conflict or contradiction between the terms of these Terms of Use and other relevant terms, policies or notices, the other relevant terms, policies or notices specifically relating to a particular part of IZELBEAUTY will no longer be valid.
