Cancel order / start a return
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or register a return, click the button below and log in using the email address used for the purchase. Then select the relevant order and complete the return form.
You may also send an email to info@izelbeauty.com with your order number and the product you wish to cancel or return.
Once your request has been submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This confirmation means that we have received your request, but it does not mean that the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items. You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been processed.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refunded amount will normally appear on your account statement within a few banking days after you receive our return confirmation.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount paid for the product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or, in the case of a service, from the day we receive notice that you have cancelled the purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the product back to us. However, we always cover the return shipping costs for replacement items.
Uncollected Parcels
Parcels that are not collected and are therefore returned to us are not covered by our standard return procedure. For uncollected shipments, an administrative fee of SEK 149 will be charged.
